Provisions of CSR are applicable on companies referred to in Section 135 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013. The following is the pictorial depiction of Section 135 (1).
Any company covered under the ambit of the CSR, is prescribed to spend 2% of the amount of the net profit for the last 3 financial years and is required to comply with the provisions of the CSR.

CSR Rollout
As per the Companies Act, companies having a net worth of Rs. 500 crores/ turnover of Rs 1000 crores/ net profit of Rs 5 crores need to mandatorily comply with the CSR provisions specified under the Act. For CSR rollout we assist companies to:
